Our 1st trip to Rwanda was cancelled by the airlines and caused trip interruption, Lillian was so quick to reschedule our entire trip and answer all of our questions while we were stuck at the airport. Unfortunately that trip didn't happen, so we rebooked with them after a couple of weeks and attempted our tour again. Lillian had helped us again to rebook everything without any hesitation.
While in Rwanda, our covid result didnt come in time and once again Lillian went out of her way to make few calls to ensure I get my covid results right away.
Isra, our driver/guide was so knowledgeable about Rwanda. He answered so many of our questions and shared so much about his country. We actually learned a lot about Rwanda through him. He was a very safe driver and we had a very good time with him. He was very punctual & kept the car clean throughout the entire trip. He has become a friend to us!
