Early in the morning after breakfast, around 7:30 am start your journey to Kibale National Park said to be home to the highest density of primates in Africa. Although the highlight of the park is the habituated chimpanzees, the treetops are alive with all manner of monkeys including red-tailed monkeys, L’hoest’s monkeys, grey-cheeked Mangabeys, red colobus and black and white colobus monkeys are all spotted here. When you’re not searching for monkeys there are over 300 bird species and an incredible 250 species of butterfly to keep you busy.

Today you will do Chimpanzee tracking alongside a guided nature walk with an opportunity to see a variety of bird species (great blue turaco), & other primates like the Ugandan Mangabeys, De brazza’s monkey & many more.
After lunch, visit Bigodi Community & interact with the locals. Then proceed to Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary & watch birds like; the African hobby, great blue turaco, Black kite, Swamp flycatcher, Scarlet-chested bird & many more. In the evening enjoy your dinner & a campfire at the lodge.

Queen Elizabeth National Park is famous for diverse ecosystems which include sprawling savannah, shady humid forests, sparkling lakes, wetlands and amazing craters. Ideal for big game, primate species to include Chimps and over 600 bird species. It has superb scenic views of Kazinga Channel, the Rwenzori Mountains and crater lakes which are home to a wide variety of birds.
After breakfast, travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park & upon arrival after a stopover at the equator & a visit to Lake Katwe, you will head to the lodge for lunch.
After lunch, head out for a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel:
As you cruise, spot a number of birds like; the African fish eagle, pelicans, flamingos, the African fin foot, pied kingfishers, vultures, kites & many more, alongside animals like hippos, buffalos, warthogs, crocodiles, waterbucks and more with stunning views of the Mweya peninsular and a local fishing village on the lake shore.
In the evening feel free to go for a Dusk Game Drive with chances of spotting some nocturnal animals of this unique national park such as leopards.

After breakfast, have your lunch packed and embark on your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park via Ishasha with chances of spotting the tree climbing lions along the way.
Located in the southern part of Queen Elizabeth National Park, Ishasha will offer you an unforgettable experience as it is composed of riverine and open Savannah alongside the acacia and fig trees.
Tree climbing lions are often spotted hanging high up in the big fig trees from where they enjoy their prey while trying to avoid bites from tsetse flies & other ground insects. Proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park arriving in the afternoon and the rest of
Buhoma Community Village Walk
At about 3:30 take a community tour, with visits to the Batwa Communities & learn about their way of life.
This walk provides guests with an opportunity to support the local community whilst enjoying visiting various interesting places as you follow a walking trail through the village. Highlights include the traditional healer, banana brewery, and a visit to a Primary school where you may interact with the children.

At 331 sq. km, Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is home to half the world’s mountain gorillas, over 346 bird species, 202 butterfly species, 400 plant species, 63 tree species, 120 mammal species & 27 frog species. Here is the chance to meet and interact with the shortest people (Batwa) of the mountains.
After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for briefing at exactly 8:00 am for registration and briefing by the ranger guides about the activity. Gorilla tracking starts at 8:30 am & can last a few hours to a whole day depending on where the gorillas were left the previous day.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast with no rush and later travel to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, arrive at the lodge & check in for lunch.
After lunch you may choose to stay at leisure or go for optional activities & explore more about the surrounding communities: Yon can also take a canoe trip on either Lake Mulehe or Lake Mutanda.
Another early breakfast today and then go explore the rare Golden Monkeys.
Proceed to the Park headquarters by 7:30 am for briefing & the actual trek will commence at 8:00 am. Hiking through the forests to reach the golden monkeys is less tedious as golden monkeys live in the lower bamboo areas. Spend an hour with the golden primates for a superb photography & a clear observation of unique their behavior.
Come along with waterproof hiking boots, wear long sleeved shirt, long trousers, and carry a backpack for your lunch and documents and do not forget to carry an insect repellent.
